1. Acceptance of these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Charalampos Andriopoulos, a sole proprietorship (ατομική επιχείρηση) in Greece, Kato Gerakario, 29100 Zakynthos, Greece, tax number (ΑΦΜ) 029946429 ("we", "us"). They cover the Choicewright app and choicewright.com.
You accept these terms and our Community Guidelines by tapping Agree and continue. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. If you do not agree, do not use Choicewright.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and able to make a binding contract. Choicewright contains mature fiction and lets you talk to other adults. We close accounts that belong to anyone younger.
3. Your account
- One person, one account. Do not share, sell or transfer it.
- You sign in with a code sent to your email (or with Apple or Google, where offered). Keep that email secure, and tell us at once if someone else uses your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings or at choicewright.com/delete-account.
4. AI-generated content
- Choicewright's stories, characters, pictures and voices are made by AI. You are not talking to a person, and characters, including companions, are not real.
- AI can be wrong. It can forget, contradict itself, misunderstand you, or write something inaccurate or upsetting. We use a safety check, but we cannot guarantee what the AI writes.
- It is fiction, not advice. Nothing it writes is medical, legal, financial or other professional advice, or a statement of fact.
- To make your story, what you type and the story so far are sent to our AI provider, with the permission you give on the agreement screen (see the Privacy Policy). We do not use your content to train AI.
- AI-made pictures and clips carry a label saying so. Do not remove it, or present AI-made material as real or as made by a person.
- What the AI writes for you is yours to keep, copy and share, to the extent we have any rights in it. Other players may get similar results. AI-made material may not be protected by copyright.
5. Your content
Your content is what you put into Choicewright: your actions, heroes, names and messages. You keep your rights in it. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process and show it (including sending it to our service providers and showing it to the people you play with) only to run Choicewright and to comply with the law. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for what has become part of someone else's shared story.
You are responsible for your content and promise you have the right to use it. We do not read your stories as a matter of course; a person looks only when something is reported, when you ask for help, to investigate a safety or security problem, or when the law requires.
6. Acceptable use
Follow our Community Guidelines. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not use Choicewright to break the law or harm anyone, try to make the AI produce forbidden content, use bots or scripts, get around our limits, safety check or payments, exploit bugs, copy or reverse-engineer the app, or make extra accounts for free turns or to avoid a ban.
How we moderate. An automatic safety check reads what players write and what the AI makes, and refuses some content before it is shown. A person reviews every report within 24 hours. We may remove content, turn off chat or voice, suspend or close an account, and report illegal content to the authorities. When we act against your content or account, we tell you why, and you can appeal within 6 months by emailing support@choicewright.com.
7. Purchases and subscriptions
- Plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions at least 24 hours before renewal. Deleting your account does not cancel a plan.
- If you cancel, your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, and does not renew after it.
- If a plan's price changes, we tell you in the app before it applies, and the new price starts only at a renewal after that notice. Apple or Google also ask for your agreement where their rules require it. If you do not want the new price, cancel before that renewal.
- The Library is unlimited, with fair use: no bots, scripts or shared accounts. On an extraordinary day, turns come a little slower and new pictures pause until the next day. It never costs extra.
- Packs and the written adventures are one-off purchases that do not expire while Choicewright runs. At a shared table, the host's plan and packs pay.
- Purchases are made through Apple or Google, whose terms, payment and refund rules also apply. Prices include VAT.
- Turns, pictures and in-game items have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred.
- Right to withdraw (EU and UK): you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. Because plans and packs start at once, before you use one we ask you to agree to that; if you withdraw, you pay for what you used, and you lose the right once it is used up or, for a written adventure, once it is unlocked. To withdraw, use Apple's or Google's refund page, or write to us.
- If we ever close Choicewright, we will stop renewals first, give at least 60 days' notice, and refund what you paid for and could not use.
8. Changes to Choicewright
We may change or remove features, rules and providers to improve the game, fix problems, keep players safe or follow the law. If a change significantly reduces what you paid for, we will tell you in advance and you may end your plan and get back the unused part.
9. Our content and licences
Choicewright, its design, code, art, sounds, written adventures and characters belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own entertainment. You may share screenshots and short passages of your games for non-commercial use.

10. Termination
You can stop at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect other players, and we will tell you why. If we close it for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund the unused part of what you paid.
11. Disclaimers
Choicewright is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we are not responsible for what other players say or do. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee that digital content and services must work as described.
12. Limitation of liability
We are fully liable for harm caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for death or personal injury, and wherever the law does not allow a limit. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss we could not reasonably foresee, loss outside our reasonable control, or loss of business or profit. For anyone who is not a consumer, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Greece. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and can bring claims in your local courts. Please contact us first; consumers in Greece can also turn to the Consumer Ombudsman (synigoroskatanaloti.gr), whose mediation we accept.
14. Apple App Store
If you got Choicewright from the App Store: these terms are between you and us, not Apple, and we alone are responsible for the app and its content. Your licence is to use it on Apple devices you own or control, as the App Store's Usage Rules allow. Apple has no obligation to maintain or support it. If it fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may tell Apple, which will refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for any claims about the app, including product liability, legal compliance, consumer protection and intellectual property claims. You confirm you are not in a country under a US embargo or on a US list of restricted parties, and you will follow any third-party terms that apply when you use the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
15. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect and ask you to accept the new version. If you do not, you can stop using Choicewright and delete your account. We may transfer this agreement to a business that takes over running Choicewright, if your rights are not reduced; we will tell you first. If part of these terms is invalid, the rest still applies.
